Transportation
The ordered shipment will be delivered to you by Smartpost or Omniva. You can pick up parcels that can fit in the parcel machine from the parcel machine that is most suitable for you, which you selected when placing your order. Shipments that do not fit in the parcel machine will be delivered to you by an Omniva courier.
Delivery
As a rule, the shipment will reach you, depending on your location, within 1-3 working days after placing the order and paying for the order. You can track the movement of the shipment based on the parcel card number on the carrier's website. If the shipment has not reached you within the allowed time, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to find out the reason for the delay in the movement of the shipment and resolve this situation as soon as possible.
